4. Payment Terms
All payments must be made in full before work commences. Prices are quoted based on project requirements including word count, academic level, deadline, and subject complexity. We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal through our secure payment gateway.
5. Delivery Policy
We commit to delivering work by the agreed deadline. Delivery times depend on project complexity and urgency. In rare cases of unforeseen delays, customers will be notified immediately and offered appropriate compensation.
6. Revision Policy
We offer unlimited free revisions within 30 days of delivery, provided the revision request aligns with the original project requirements. Requests for additional work beyond the original scope may incur additional charges.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the delivered work becomes the property of the customer. Grade Master retains no rights to resell or redistribute completed work. We do not publish or share any customer work with third parties.
8. Limitation of Liability
Grade Master shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.
9. Modifications
Grade Master reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
