Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time by contacting our support team. The refund amount depends on the stage of work completion at the time of cancellation.

Before Work Begins

If you cancel before an expert has been assigned or work has commenced, you are eligible for a full refund minus any payment processing fees.

After Work Has Started

If cancellation is requested after work has begun:

• Less than 25% complete: 75% refund
• 25-50% complete: 50% refund
• More than 50% complete: No refund available

How to Cancel

Email us at info@grademaster.co.uk with your order ID and cancellation reason. Our team will process your request within 24 hours and confirm the refund amount.

Automatic Cancellation

Orders may be automatically cancelled if payment is not received within 24 hours of placing the order, or if required materials are not provided within the agreed timeframe.
